This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with limited professional experience who are eager to start their career in a dynamic and international environment. Contacting customers to strengthen customer loyalty and engagement. Scheduling service appointments according to established processes and guidelines. Informing customers about ongoing promotions, campaigns, and initiatives. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Delivering an excellent customer experience. Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management, Communication, or a related field preferred. Professional proficiency in Italian. Good command of English.
