We are looking for an Electrical Project Engineer to take responsibility for the technical and operational management of electrical projects for one of our clients.

About this vacancy

- Project Management: management of electrical orders, from initial planning to implementation and commissioning of systems.
- Budget & Cost Control: project cost monitoring, budget management, variance analysis, and definition of corrective actions.
- Planning & Scheduling: definition of milestones, activity planning, and monitoring of order progress.
- Technical Coordination: supervision of electrical design activities related to PCC, MCC, PLC/I-O panels, power distribution, and automation systems.
- Supplier and Procurement Management: coordination of suppliers, preparation of technical purchasing specifications, evaluation of offers, and verification of supplies.
- Technical Alignment: verification of the conformity of proposed solutions to technical, economic, and contractual requirements.
- Risk Management: identification and management of project, technical, and organizational criticalities.
- Stakeholder Management: interfacing with clients, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper progress of activities.
- Document Supervision: control of technical documentation and verification of compliance with project and regulatory standards.

What we expect from you

- Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Automation Engineering or related fields.
- Experience in managing electrical projects and contracts in an industrial environment.
- Ability to manage budgets, plan activities,



and monitor project progress.
- Experience in coordinating technical teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical engineering, with particular reference to PCC, MCC, PLC/I-O panels and distribution systems.
- Familiarity with EPLAN P8 and AutoCAD for reading, verifying, and supervising technical documents.
- Knowledge of electrical sizing principles, drives, inverters, and power components.
- Knowledge of EN 60204-1, ISO 13849-1 standards, and regulations applicable to machine safety.
- Ability to manage technical procurement and evaluate supplier offers.

What you can expect from us

The position involves a permanent contract and the gross annual salary (RAL) offered will not be less than €33,000.00, in line with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package, and at the end of the selection process, based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, may offer a final RAL higher than the above-mentioned amount.

In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a profit-sharing component directly tied to project success, an individual skill development budget of €4,000 net annually, and annual welfare credits. Further details will be provided during the selection phase, in accordance with current company policies.
