pTo support the continuous growth of our bnew equestrian centre /b, we are looking for an experienced and responsible bManager /b(m/f/d) who combines a passion for horses with strong organisational skills and a commitment to excellence, creating a truly special place for guests, horses and team members alike. /p h3YOUR TASKS: /h3 ul liResponsibility for the care, management and wellbeing of our horses /li liLead and oversee the daily operations of our equestrian department /li liPlan, organise and continuously develop our equestrian programme /li liDeliver riding lessons for beginners and advanced riders, as well as lead trail rides /li liCoordination and supervision of the daily operations of the riding arena and stables /li liLead, motivate and develop the equestrian team /li liEnsure the highest standards of quality, safety and animal welfare /li liWork closely with the General Management and all operational departments /li /ul h3YOUR PROFILE: /h3 ul liSeveral years of experience in equestrian operations and horse management /li liPrevious leadership experience is an advantage /li liStrong knowledge of horse care,
