Working closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and HR teams, you will support strategic decision-making and contribute to the achievement of operational excellence goals. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ulliDefine, maintain, and continuously improve standard times and production methods across manufacturing operations. /liliPerform time studies, workload analyses, line balancing activities, and capacity assessments to identify productivity improvement opportunities. /liliAnalyze manufacturing processes and workflows,



identifying inefficiencies and implementing corrective actions. /liliLead continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing productivity, reducing waste, and optimizing operational performance. /liliPromote and implement Lean Manufacturing methodologies, including 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, Kaizen, Visual Management, and other continuous improvement tools. /liliMonitor and analyze production KPIs, supporting management in identifying improvement opportunities and performance trends. /liliDevelop business cases and ROI analyses to support investments, automation initiatives, and process improvements. /liliSupport the industrialization of new products and processes, ensuring efficient integration into production. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing efficiency, resource allocation, and operational effectiveness. /liliLead structured problem-solving activities using data-driven methodologies. /liliSupport workforce planning and work organization activities within production departments. /liliPrepare reports, analyses, and recommendations to support operational and strategic decisions. /liliCoordinate and guide Time Methods activities across the organization. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ulliAt least 5 years of experience in Time Methods, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Excellence, Continuous Improvement,
