etc.Supports the Sales TeamInteracts with Invoicing and Orders/Credit Collection TeamInteracts with the Tech Support TeamInteracts with ZOLL EMEA colleagues and German central warehouse.Activities DetailsDocument ManagementPatients' records input into ERPShipping document issuingFitting/Prescription and Dismissions documents intake + upload into ERP system and OneDrivePurchase Orders intake + upload into ERP system and OneDrive + internal sharingCreation of new Hospitals accountsPhysicians' directory creation and updateLogistics ActivitiesInventory check on the national territoryInventory management: allocate medical device componentsCourier shipping management: check / order / monitor / ship / track medical device componentsCoordination and management of returning shipments; support on top urgent shipmentsRegular reporting, analyses and forecasting (ex. monthly reports on total number of shipments / returns / top urgent deliveries / open complaints / new LifeVest sets orders vs number of fittings, etc.)Quality Management – check and replacement of expiring items / damaged itemsInteraction with the German warehouseCommunication with logistics partnersCompetencesNative Italian speaker and fluent EnglishSolid MS Office expertise, with a strong focus on Excel (advanced level) and confident with ERP systemsOrganized, precise, respectful, friendly, team oriented with well?developed interpersonal skills both internally with co?workers and externally with customers and business partnersGoal?oriented thinking with a strong hands?on mentality and persistent approachPay Range: *****K Euro.The compensation range indicated in this job posting represents an estimated average range for the position.
