Alstom is hiring a role supporting the Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and digital transformation across depots and business units in Italy.
The candidate will manage KPIs, standardize processes, and coordinate cross-functional teams to improve availability, reliability, safety, and quality of rail operations.
Requirements include 5+ years in railway engineering or production/maintenance management, strong IT/data analysis skills (PowerBI/PowerApps/Excel), and fluent English.
