ResponsabilitàIdentify and implement improvement opportunities within the production setup, ensuring timely delivery and cost targets

Approve internal or external process designs and conduct final tests
Support production during start-up of processes/equipment, defining actions and training resources
Evaluate new process technologies, lead testing activities, and select external providers
Requisiti fondamentaliDegree in Industrial / Mechanical / Production Engineering or Technical diploma with 5+ years in manufacturing
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and process optimization
Proficiency with ERP systems and production planning tools; hands-on problem solver
Collaborative, adaptable, and able to work in cross-functional environments
Proficient in English and Italian for stakeholder engagement
