/ph3Your Responsibilities /h3ulliReceiving and processing individual and group bookings from inquiry to reservation, in compliance with the standards of "Leading Hotels of the World," Swiss Deluxe Hotels, and our internal QM /liliEnsuring smooth operations in the reservations department /liliProviding personalized service to our (international) guests throughout the reservation process /liliEntering guest data into the Protel on Premise booking system /liliShared responsibility for current occupancy levels and monitoring of the room budget /liliCoordinating various rates and conditions with the reservations manager /liliClose collaboration with operational and administrative hotel departments /liliAssisting in monitoring our availability on online channels (CRS) vetrinabakeca /li /ul #J-*****-Ljbffr
