pbStern Energy Spa /ba leading service company for utility-scale and industrial photovoltaic power plants, with 6 subsidiaries across Europe, more than 250 employees, and 2.0 GW assets under management, is looking for a: /p h3IT Specialist – ERP Support /h3 pto provide functional and technical support for our ERP systems. /p pThe ideal candidate has some years of hands‑on experience with ERP platforms such as bIFS, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, or NetSuite /b, and is comfortable working in an international environment requiring bC1-level proficiency in both English and German /b. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liProvide day-to-day support for ERP systems to end users /li liAnalyze, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP-related issues across business functions and countries /li liSupport ERP users by providing guidance, training, and maintaining documentation /li liCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into potential ERP improvements /li liAssist with ERP enhancements, system upgrades, and new module implementations /li liCoordinate with external vendors and consultants when needed /li liEnsure data integrity, system reliability,



and compliance with IT standards /li liCreate and maintain technical and functional documentation /li /ul h3Essential requirements and skills: /h3 ul liStrong understanding of ERP processes (preferred procurement, supply chain, operations and maintenance) /li liExperience in ERP configuration, troubleshooting, and user support; /li liVery good analytical and problem-solving skills; /li liC1 level proficiency in English and B1/B2 in German (spoken and written) /li liAbility to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams /li /ul h3Nice to Have: /h3 ul liAt least 1 year of experience supporting ERP systems /li liExperience with ERP integrations and reporting tools /li liBackground in IT support, application support, or business systems analysis /li liExperience working in an international or multicultural environment /li /ul h3Salary: /h3 p€33,000–€35,000 gross per year (placement within the range will depend on experience, skills, and seniority level). /p h3Work Arrangement: /h3 pThe position is primarily remote, with a planned on-site presence at our Headquarter in Parma (Emilia-Romagna, Italy) for approximately one week every five weeks. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
