The HRA Specialist is responsible for managing the activities related to the employment relationship from a contractual and remunerative point of view, from hiring to terminating the working relationship, ensuring the correct management of company employees in relation to legal obligations (contributions, insurance, tax, administrative) and the relationship with all partners.Dato l'elevato interesse per questa posizione, la preghiamo di candidarsi tempestivamente se il suo profilo è in linea con il ruolo.Core responsibilities of the role are: executing administrative duties related to personnel management, in compliance with the law, agreements and company proceduresensuring wages are processed with regard to various contractual forms, providing advice on how to correctly apply the regulations in force for various collective agreementsQualifications 1.01 Prepares and manages all documentation relating to the employment relationship (hiring, transformation, termination)1.02 Carries out the communications formally required by current legislation1.03 Verifies the working hours carried out by employees, accounts for holidays, overtime,
in relation to the company rules, to the CCNL applied and to the employment contract stipulated between the parties1.04 Provides for the processing of salaries by producing pay statements and the calculation of the related tax payments1.05 Responds to any administrative requests from the Management or the personnel by accessing the recorded information1.06 Promotes the development of role learning through proactive, team and digital activities, aimed at innovation and improving xysqume the effectiveness-efficiency of one's responsibilities1.07 Adopts significant behaviors and promotes operational/cultural actions to Sustainable Development, understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of the Environment, Business Processes and Organizational Community1.08 Promotes, adopts, develops the use of digital technologies within its function in relation to both process management and relations with internal and external interlocutors involved in the business
