3. Govern productivity and GM outcomes Provide regional approval for opportunities before submission to the Action Tracker and ensure required business-case and validation standards are met.
Validate headcount avoidance, gross margin and service profitability benefits with Finance, Analytics and business stakeholders.
Maintain transparent portfolio status, forecast, risks and vantaggi-realization reporting.
4. Lead regional alignment Partner with Field Service Operations, site leadership, Finance, Data Lean Six Sigma, PMP or related certification.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
