??????Design, implement, and operate services powering the consumer experience, including payment flows, identity verification, loyalty, and engagement features across the full lifecycleDrive technical analysis for cross-team projects, lead design discussions, and document designs for stakeholder and team review before implementationImprove mobile and backend development quality through testing strategies, safe progressive rollouts, and proactive technical debt reductionProvide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers on cross-service dependencies, event-driven patterns, and operational excellenceOwn work from start to finish and contribute to the technical direction, quality, and delivery of complex systems in collaboration with other teams??????????At least 5 years of related back-end software engineering experience,
