pAVA Energy has partnered with an international energy group specialising in photovoltaic (PV) power plants, battery energy storage systems (BESS) and energy optimisation to appoint a bSenior PV BESS Project Manager /b to support utility-scale renewable energy projects in the Bologna area of Italy.
/p pLocation: Bologna, Italy (hybrid working) /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage PV and BESS projects throughout the EPC construction and delivery phases.
/li liCoordinate EPC contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
/li liMonitor project schedules, budgets, costs and progress against milestones.
/li liOversee site operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety and quality standards.
/li liManage client communications, resolve technical and operational issues, and report on project performance.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li3–5 years of experience managing PV projects, ideally including BESS.
/li liProven experience supporting or managing EPC construction activities and site operations.
/li liStrong understanding of project planning, budget control, contractor management and HS requirements.
/li liFluent in both Italian and English.
