ResponsabilitàAnalyze customer applications to define product features
Evaluate market size, trends, and competitors to identify gaps
Capture market requirements and translate them into SSCB portfolio developments
Manage technical specifications and contribute to business case development
Support customers and sales on SSCB technical topics
Oversee product ecosystem including master data and reference tools
Work in an Agile team to deliver incremental value
Requisiti fondamentaliDegree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Management, or related)
Knowledge of power electronics technologies
Ability to work in cross?functional international teams
Proficiency in English communication
Genuine interest in electrical products and technical solutions
Strong analytical and problem?solving skills

Curiosity and willingness to continuous learning
Familiarity with Agile methodology (plus)
Knowledge of low/medium voltage switchgear or circuit breaker technology (plus)
