Instasamy is seeking 2 TikTok LIVE Creator Managers to independently develop and manage a portfolio of creators, acting as their main contact within Instasamy and helping them grow activity and performance on TikTok LIVE.
This is a fully remote, freelance collaboration with a fully performance-based compensation model: there is no fixed retainer or base pay, only a percentage of results plus bonuses tied to agreed KPIs.
You will identify talent, acquire creators, onboard them and drive growth.
