This position reports to: Service Sales Manager __ Your role and responsabilities In this role, you will be responsible for delivering service activities in accordance with ABB quality standards, safety guidelines, and customer expectations.
You will provide outstanding customer service by planning and executing field service operations efficiently, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through clear communication on timelines, activities, and expected outcomes.
This position contributes to the success of ABB's Critical Power business in Italy, serving customers across key industries including Data Centers, Healthcare, Telecommunications, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Government, Aerospace, and Energy
