Technical Support Specialist

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist who will act as a bridge between our software solutions and our partners (System Integrators and Enterprise clients).
This is not traditional technical support: the role involves managing complex issues, supporting integration phases, and liaising with our developers to ensure the operational continuity of systems used daily by millions of users.
Your responsibilities
Provide second-level technical support for proprietary software solutions (custom and mission-critical).
Support System Integrators during system installation, configuration, and integration phases.
Analyze and diagnose complex technical issues through log analysis, databases, and API/broker flows.
Work closely with the development team (R&D;) to report bugs and improve the product.
Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and guides to enhance partner autonomy.
Monitor the proper functioning of customer installations, ensuring compliance with Nomos quality standards.
What we are looking for in you
Technical Background: Education in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent experience in technical roles).
Hard Skills:
Good knowledge of SQL language and relational databases.
Ability to perform technical analysis and troubleshooting in complex environments.
Knowledge of Linux OS, MS Windows Server, Embedded Android.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving aptitude and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills to interact with technical stakeholders.
Proactivity and a desire to grow in a technologically stimulating environment.
