You will join a collaborative and curious group that is essential to delivering a best-in-class experience for our clients. /ppThe Data Center Technician helps keep data center operations available and reliable, meeting or exceeding defined service levels. The role covers hardware and network diagnostics followed by physical repair, and may include an on-call rotation. /ppThis is a salaried,



100% onsite role at one of our data center locations. It requires up to 10% travel to other data center locations, as business needs require. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliMaintain data center operations to ensure service availability and reliability. /liliConduct hardware and network diagnostics and repairs. /liliPerform root cause analysis of hardware and software failures. /liliRespond to on-site equipment failures or emergencies within 60 minutes while on scheduled on-call. /liliDevelop scripts to update server and networking hardware. /liliAssemble and install equipment. /liliMaintain inventory. /liliPerform maintenance of test and tool equipment. /liliProvide technical support to data center teams. /liliTrain internal teams. /liliDevelop documentation. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliComputer hardware experience (troubleshooting, assembling). /liliLinux operating system experience. /liliAbility to regularly transport and position equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. /liliAbility to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for extended /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
