Saturnia stone is formed through unique geological processes over millions of years, resulting in distinctive brilliant whites and deep color variations. The nearby world-famous hot springs of Saturnia, enriched with gases and mineral salts, are evidence of the natural forces that create this exceptional travertine. /p h3Role Description /h3 pThe Technical Team Member is a full-time, on-site role based in Manciano, supporting quarry and production operations. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as first-line onsite support for StoneCloud users across all STI functions. /li liDrive StoneCloud rollout and adoption: user onboarding, practical training, workflow support, usage follow-up and reinforcement of agreed digital processes. /li liMonitor whether required operational data is being entered correctly and consistently; identify gaps, recurring user issues and process failures and elevated them to Adrian/STC. /li liSupport PCs, tablets, printers, scanners, local network/Wi-Fi, Microsoft 365 and other approved business technology used onsite. /li liDiagnose and resolve routine hardware, software, access and connectivity issues; coordinate external or central technical support when escalation is required. /li liPrepare and configure user devices and support user access, permissions and standard applications in accordance with CIO policies. /li liMaintain an onsite inventory of relevant IT equipment and basic records of incidents, devices and recurring issues.



/li liCollect structured user feedback on StoneCloud and other systems and communicate requirements, defects and improvement opportunities to the technology team. /li liSupport testing and controlled deployment of new StoneCloud functions, devices and digital processes onsite. /li liCreate or maintain simple user guides and provide refresher training where adoption or data quality is weak. /li liSupport the GM with local technology priorities while respecting the CIO's functional ownership of technology standards, systems and roadmap. /li liPromote discipline /li /ul pThe Technical Team Member will also interact with internal and external stakeholders to address technical inquiries and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul liCandidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to evaluate technical issues, interpret data, and support quality control and process optimization. /li liCandidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with colleagues, coordinate with suppliers and partners, and respond to technical questions clearly and professionally. /li liCandidates should possess Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose equipment or process problems, implement corrective actions, and support day-to-day quarry and production operations. /li liRelevant experience in industrial, mining, construction materials, or manufacturing environments is beneficial. /li liBasic understanding of mechanical or electrical systems, safety regulations, and technical documentation is preferred. /li liAbility to work on-site in Manciano, handle physical aspects of a quarry environment, and follow all health and safety procedures. /li liVocational training or a diploma in a technical field (e.g., engineering, industrial technology) is an advantage. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
