HR Manager Italy Based in Romagna, between Imola, Ravenna and Cesena Azienda organization Our client is a successful and fast-growing international food producer, with a clear focus on quality, innovation and sustainability.

As the business evolves and scales, we are looking for an HR Manager who can bring further structure and professionalization to the people function, combining a strategic mindset with a pragmatic approach.
The Team as part of the local Leadership Team, you are the go-to person for all HR topics in Italy.
You work closely with the General Manager, the local management team,
and Group CHRO to ensure organizational alignment between local objectives and the overall Group strategy.
At the same time, you guide a small HR team (4 people) while driving organizational excellence and ensuring smooth operations across all Italian sites.
La figura ricercata Lead People you provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution and performance improvement plans.
Monitor HR performance by providing the Management Team with clear, data-driven KPIs and insights to support informed decision-making You report directly to the General Manager, with a dotted line to the Group CHRO.
