/p h3ABOUT THE JOB /h3 pAs a Pastry Chef de Partie (M/F), your responsibilities will include: /p ul lipPrepare preliminary ingredients and bases.
/p /li lipExecute recipes following technical sheets.
/p /li lipPrepare desserts according to the menu and special orders.
/p /li lipCheck preparations (tasting, analysis, and adjustments).
/p /li lipStore ingredients following the establishment's prescribed methods.
/p /li lipReceive and verify deliveries, both quantitatively and qualitatively.
/p /li lipApply current hygiene and safety regulations.
/p /li lipWear professional attire in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.
/p /li /ul h3ABOUT YOU /h3 pYou have proven experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
/p pYou have excellent knowledge and mastery of pastry techniques, products, and equipment.
/p pYou are well-organized, efficient, and passionate about gastronomy.
/p pYou are meticulous in following procedures and technical sheets and have a solid understanding of hygiene standards.
/p pYou are available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
