We are looking for a Chapter Lead Microsoft Dynamicsto drive the evolution of our CRM and customer engagement Microsoft platforms across all brands and markets.
In this role, you will lead a distributed and international team of specialists, ensuring the successful design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (Service, Marketing, Sales) and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
You will act as a technical and functional leader, bridging business strategy and digital execution, while accelerating innovation through the adoption of Microsoft's latest AI and data platforms.Legga la panoramica di questa possibilità per capire quali competenze sono richieste, incluse le soft skill pertinenti e la padronanza di pacchetti software.ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional, international chapter of Dynamics 365 analysts, developers, and specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and knowledge sharingDrive the end-to-end architecture, design, and evolution of Dynamics 365 (Service, Marketing, Sales) solutionsAct as the primary subject matter expert for the entire D365 stack, providing architectural guidance, best practices, and governance across all product teamsEnsure alignment between business needs and digital capabilitiesOversee the full lifecycle of D365 initiativesEstablish and enforce development standards, DevOps practices, and application lifecycle management (ALM) processes to guarantee solution quality, security, and reliabilityContribute to the integration strategy with other enterprise platformsDrive adoption of Microsoft AI stack including Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI and Fabric, within D365Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Enterprise Architects,
and business stakeholdersManage relationships with external partners and vendorsQualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field5+ years of hands?on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Service), including both functional process design and technical customization/development3+ years of experience in a leadership or team management role, ideally leading international, distributed, and cross?functional teamsStrong functional and technical expertiseKnowledge of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and integration patternsExperience with enterprise integrationsUnderstanding of Agile methodologies, strong analytical and problem?solving skillsWillingness to travel up to 25%Nice to HaveDemonstrated awareness and hands?on interest in the Microsoft AI stack: Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI Foundry, and Generative AI applications in enterprise contextsMicrosoft certificationsExperience in multi?country and multi?brand enterprise environmentsWhat We OfferOpportunity to lead a strategic digital capabilityExposure to cutting?edge technologiesInternational and innovative environmentDirect impact on customer experienceThe compensation package will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills and the scope of the role, applying objective and gender?neutral criteria.
