/p h3CHEF DE RANG /h3 pThe Chef de Rang is primarily responsible for assisting guests in the Resort's Restaurants during breakfast, lunch and dinner services, as well as during Room Service operations.
He/She supports guest reception, independently manages the assigned station, and ensures seamless coordination with the Kitchen.
/p pIn carrying out his/her duties, the Chef de Rang complies with and adheres to hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP) and to the operational standards of Lefay Resorts.
/p pThe Chef de Rang reports directly to the Restaurant Manager.
/p h3REQUIREMENTS:
/h3 ul liDiploma from a Hotel Management School; /li liExcellent command of the English language and, preferably, a second language; /li liElegant appearance and refined demeanor; /li liStrong motivation for teamwork; /li liCompliance with hygiene regulations; /li liPrevious experience in a luxury hotel is not required.
