Dato l'elevato interesse per questa posizione, la preghiamo di candidarsi tempestivamente se il suo profilo è in linea con il ruolo.Job DescriptionThe role, in accordance with and under the supervision of the Manager, involves:Welcoming guests and ensuring their safe and comfortable transportation upon arrival and departure.Adhering to service standards by coordinating effectively with the Hotel Front Office department, the port reception team, and the island's luggage porter service.Handling luggage loading and unloading, verifying the items, and escorting guests to their assigned vehicle.Responding to guest inquiries regarding local attractions, the hotel property, and other available services.Monitoring all vehicle functions to ensure maximum punctuality and impeccable service.Reporting any safety issues, hazards,
or potential security concerns to the supervisor.Performing other duties as assigned.QualificationsValid driver's license with passenger transport authorization.Ability to communicate professionally in fluent Italian and English.Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within high-end hospitality environments.Additional qualities include: excellent personal appearance and hygiene, strong customer orientation, effective communication skills, flexibility, and a team-oriented attitude.Required Languages: Italian (mandatory) and English (mandatory)Additional InformationContract starting from the **** season.Full-time availability required, with both daytime and evening shifts, from Monday to Sunday.Preference will be given to local talent; however, shared accommodation is provided for non-residents.Long-term growth opportunities within a successful and well-established company.
