If you like to imagine what comes next and then actually build it, this is the place for you. /ppWe are looking for a passionate Junior Software Tester to join our Team in Milan. /ph3The Role /h3pYou will join a dynamic and multidisciplinary team and be involved in quality verification and validation activities for web and mobile applications, supporting experienced professionals throughout the different stages of the testing lifecycle. Through continuous training and on-the-job support, you will develop methodological, organizational and technical skills, take part in real-world projects and contribute to improving the quality of software products. /ph3What You Will Do /h3ulliAnalyze functional requirements, specifications and project documentation. /liliSupport the design and maintenance of test cases. /liliPerform functional, integration and regression testing on web and mobile applications, using manual and/or automated testing approaches. /liliIdentify, document and monitor software defects and anomalies using dedicated tools. /liliCollaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers,



developers and project stakeholders. /liliContribute to the continuous improvement of Quality Assurance processes. /liliUse Generative Artificial Intelligence tools to support activities such as:ullianalyzing project documentation; /liligenerating and optimizing test cases; /lilicreating reports and documentation; /liliidentifying gaps in test coverage; /lilisupporting the analysis of defects and test results /li /ul /li /ulh3Required Skills /h3ulliCurrently completing or recently graduated with a degree in a STEM discipline, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field. /liliCurious, detail-oriented and eager to learn. /liliInterest in Software Quality and Technological Innovation. /liliGood analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliA collaborative mindset and an aptitude for teamwork. /liliGood knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. /liliGood command of English. /li /ulh3Nice to Have /h3ulliKnowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies. /liliFamiliarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). /liliBasic knowledge of programming languages or databases. /liliKnowledge of tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail or equivalent solutions.
