Join an international team providing administrative and operational support across Legal, Intellectual Property, Corporate Affairs and Compliance, ensuring efficient management of documentation, budgets and corporate processes.Invii la sua candidatura dopo aver letto i requisiti di competenza e qualifica per questa posizione, riportati di seguito.Key responsibilities:Manage invoices, Purchase Orders, SAP processes and departmental budgets/forecasts.Maintain legal, IP and corporate documentation, repositories and records.Support patent, trademark and design management, including IP-related processes and incentive activities.Coordinate document execution activities, including signature collection and document shipments.Provide administrative support for meetings, travel, document execution and departmental activities.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across several geographies.Requirements:High School Diploma required; degree in Law, LegalStudies, Business Administration, Economics, Political Science or related fields is a plus.Previous experience as Paralegal in law, accounting or notary firms,



Legal Assistant or similar administrative roles is preferred.Italian; FluentEnglish; additional languages are a plus.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Experience with SAP/ERP systems, document management platforms and corporate repositories is an advantage.Basic knowledge of Corporate Governance, Compliance and Intellectual Property is a plus.Soft skills:strong organization and attention to detail, ability to manage priorities and deadlines, confidentiality, communication skills, proactivity, problem-solving and ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in an international environment.What We Offer:The opportunity to join a leading international Group, recognized for its financial strength, innovation, and sustained growth.Welfare and benefits packageThe final compensation package (including base salary and potential variable incentives) will be defined based on the candidate's experience, technical expertise, and overall fit for the role.Equal Opportunity Statement:This vacancy is open to candidates of all genders.
