Manager Sales & Operations Direct Service Flat Products

In this role you will lead technical-commercial support for flat product rolling services.
You will craft spare parts and modernization proposals, coordinate after-sales activities, and ensure on-time delivery within ERP-driven processes.
You will work closely with engineering, purchasing and customer teams to translate technical needs into accurate quotations and packages.
This is a hands?on position focused on servicing customers and optimizing order execution in a global engineering business.
You will contribute to maintaining high service levels and strengthening after-sales excellence.Develop technical and commercial proposals for spare parts and upgrading/modernization solutions for flat product rolling (hot/cold)Identify required components, equipment, and systems using customer technical documentation and internal engineering supportPrepare spare parts packages for initial supply in collaboration with product?specific technical departmentsEvaluate costs in cooperation with purchasing, costing,



and supplier management teamsDraft technical specifications and detailed commercial quotationsOversee and coordinate order execution, ensuring on?time delivery and accuracyCollect and analyze project information, aligning after?sales activities with contractual milestonesMaintain accurate records of quotations and orders within ERP systemsProvide excellent customer service, handling technical inquiries and support needsDegree in Engineering or Technical DiplomaExperience in technical?commercial back?office xysqume roles within mechanical engineering or steel production environmentsFluent English (written and spoken)Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plusProficiency in an additional language (preferred)clear communicationteam collaborationMechanical engineering backgroundSpare parts and modernization proposalsManager Sales & Operations Direct Service Flat Products milano, lombardia, it#J-*****-Ljbffr
