As we accelerate through a strong global growth phase, we are strengthening our team and seeking a motivated intern or recent graduate in Management Engineering or Economics to join our Operations Department ideal for completing a thesis or gaining meaningful professional experience in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities: Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Operations department.
Analyze and monitor operational data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Identify and assess non-conformities, risks,



and operational issues.
Prepare reports and deliver insights that guide business decision-making.
Travel between Alpinestars facilities to assist with operational activities.
Contribute to digitalization projects as required.
Requirements: Enrolled student who graduated in Management Engineering or Economics.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Excellent proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
A proactive attitude coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
