Managesserviceduringbusyperiodsandintheabsenceofseniorchefs,managesthekitchenensuringallstandardsandqualityproceduresareadheredtothestandards
AssistsSeniorChefsinthedevelopmentofnewmenuideastoensureallmenusareseasonalandcreativeusingthefinestingredients
Ensurecompliancetoallrelevant Health,SafetyandEnvironmentmanagementproceduresandcontrolswithinadefinedareaofactivitysothatCompanyprovidesworldclassandluxurioushospitalityservicestoitsguests




Supervisesandcheckeverydishsentfromthesectiontoensurehighestqualitystandardsaremaintained.

Previousexperienceinasimilarrole
Expertculinaryknowledgeofbothclassicalandinternationalculinarytrends
