Position
The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager performs analysis on business and financial data, providing the Management, Country Managers and EMEA functions with all the information needed to develop business strategies and follow operating cost evolution. Participate to budget reviews’ process, by directly following his/her reference area and taking responsibility of data submission to HQ, according to Group requirements. Develop specific reports for the Management to monitor business performance and KPI.

Position
The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager performs analysis on business and financial data, providing the Management, Country Managers and EMEA functions with all the information needed to develop business strategies and follow operating cost evolution. Develop specific reports for the Management to monitor business performance and KPI.

Job Responsibilities

Performs regular channel/country reviews on sales performance, margins and operating costs evolution and other main expenditures at store level / channel level

Collaborates as a business partner with the EMEA’s management in order to develop and provide business analysis, regularly monitor key indicators and analyze periodical financial statements to support management to make the proper business decision with regard to the established Budget

Provides timely feedback to the management in case of gaps vs. budget, supporting decision and actions

Closely works with the Heads of Operations and Business Departments in order to identify and propose performance improvement and cost reduction opportunities

Participates to the preparation of Yearly Budget and reviews (P&L;, B/S, Cash Forecast),



by taking responsibility of his/her reference area

Collaborates with the Finance Department in any ad hoc activities

Profile

University degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field; postgraduate degree in Finance or an MBA are a plus

At least 3 years of relevant work experience in Finance; luxury retail industry is a plus

Knowledge of advanced accounting principles and procedures

Good organizational, analytical and planning skills

Problem solver and able to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems

Communicative and service oriented professional able to personally relate with several stakeholders

Proficiency with MS Office Suite; Hyperion HFM, Smart View, Power BI, SAP working knowledge and advanced use of Excel are a plus

Fluent in English

Additional Information
Per questa posizione è prevista una retribuzione annua iniziale pari a EUR 53,000 lordi.
Tale retribuzione è stata determinata sulla base di criteri oggettivi e neutri rispetto al genere e corrisponde al compenso normalmente riconosciuto alla posizione al momento della pubblicazione di questo annuncio di lavoro. La retribuzione effettiva potrebbe essere soggetta a possibili variazioni in ragione di fattori quali la vostra combinazione unica di esperienza e competenze, la seniority e attuali esigenze organizzative.
Questa posizione prevede inoltre la partecipazione ad un piano di incentivi, a discrezione di Loro Piana, basato su fattori quali la performance individuale e/o della Società.
In aggiunta ai trattamenti previsti dalla legge, potranno essere riconosciuti ulteriori agevolazioni in conformità alle policy aziendali vigenti.
Il rapporto di lavoro sarà regolato dalle disposizioni del contratto collettivo nazionale di lavoro CCNL Tessile, Abbigliamento, Moda applicato da Loro Piana in Italia.
