Through a step-by-step process, we transform visionary ideas into tangible, impactful experiences. /p pThe bSenior /bbCreative Producer /bplays a key role within the Creative Department , reporting to the Special Projects Business Unit Director and working closely with the Project Creative Leader . This position ensures the seamless execution of creative projects by overseeing talent selection, onboarding, creative development, and content production across both bid and execution phases . /p pThe primary responsibility is to uphold the quality and creative vision of the company, ensuring the BWS vision is successfully realized, whether during bid development or project delivery. /p pThis role requires an organized, solution-oriented professional with a strong creative mindset . The Senior Creative Producer must build and lead a world-class creative team , fostering cultural awareness, innovation, and sensitivity to diverse projects, ultimately delivering memorable experiences . /p pCandidates should have experience managing multiple, simultaneous projects of varying complexity and budgets while maintaining industry best practices and creative standards . /p pbKey Responsibilities /b /p pbCreative Development Supervision /b /p ul liOversee the creative development of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with BWS’s creative vision and the company’s standards.



/li liEnsure that creative output meets the expectations of both the Creative Director and the client. /li liSupervise the creation of presentations, content, and creative materials for projects. /li liGuide Creative Teams and Creative Coordinators in projects where direct involvement is required. /li liLead and coordinate brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to foster innovation and originality. /li liCoordinate workflows across internal teams and external freelancers . /li liCollaborate closely with Project Management and Producers to establish and maintain clear expectations and deliverables for on-time execution . /li liMaintain ongoing project budgets and track financial progress. /li liLiaise with procurement to onboard freelance contributors and vendors , ensuring timely payments . /li liWork with the travel team to arrange and oversee all production-related travel (flights, hotels, etc.). /li liCoordinate with studio management and internal teams to optimize resource allocation and planning. /li liLead and draft workflow processes for the creative team , ensuring smooth operations. /li liEnsure key project information and updates are properly circulated to all stakeholders . /li liIdentify, inspire, and lead creative talents (both in-house and freelance) to foster innovation and originality . /li liConduct research to support creative direction based on project needs . /li /ul pbClient Stakeholder Communication /b /p ul liLiaise with clients to understand their needs and propose creative solutions that align with the project’s vision. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pbRequired Skills Experience /b /p ul liStrong background in creative development for large-scale events. /li liExperience collaborating with Creative Directors and creative talents. /li liProve
