h3Your Contribution To Prysmian's Success /h3 pWe are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our plant in Arco Felice, Pozzuoli. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the efficient management of receiving, storage, handling, and shipping activities, guaranteeing operational efficiency, compliance with safety regulations, and the achievement of service and productivity targets. /p h3Your Key Duties And Responsibilities /h3 ul liOrganize and coordinate daily warehouse operations. /li liManage warehouse staff by assigning tasks and monitoring performance. /li liSupervise goods receiving activities, quality inspections, and system registration. /li liEnsure proper storage, location, and preservation of materials. /li liPlan and control picking and shipping activities. /li liMonitor warehouse stock levels and inventory accuracy. /li liCoordinate periodic inventory counts and reconciliation activities. /li liEnsure compliance with company procedures, health, safety, and environmental regulations. /li liCollaborate with Purchasing, Production, and Transportation functions to ensure operational continuity. /li liPromote continuous improvement initiatives and optimization of logistics processes. /li liManage waste disposal activities and related documentation. /li liManage customs documentation and files. /li /ul h3You Are The Right Fit If You Have/are /h3 ul liTechnical diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. /li liAt least 3–5 years of experience managing logistics or industrial warehouses within medium-to-large industrial companies and experience in supervising and coordinating operational teams.
