Our history is legendary, and with each season, we continue to reimagine the future of luxury hospitality, where heritage meets innovation. /p pWe are seeking an bAssistant Rooms Division Manager /b to join our guest-focused team Splendido. /p pThis role will oversee the rooms departments with particular focus on Pool, Guest Experience, Housekeeping, Kid's Club, Gym, and Valet, ensuring that all standards and procedures are fully implemented and maintained. /h3 ul liOversee the Pool, Guest Experience, Housekeeping, Kid's Club, Gym and Valet departments and Collaborate to resolve issues. /li liCoordinate staff, schedule shifts, and ensure an efficient workflow. /li liImplement and enforce procedures for cleanliness, maintenance, and guest service. /li liConduct regular inspections and quality checks. /li liEnsure compliance with LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) and Belmond standards. /li liConduct team assessments and training. /li liPromote a positive work environment and professional development. /li liUphold the company's commitment to exceptional service and attention to detail. /li /ul ul liExperience: At least 5 years of previous professional experience in an equivalent role within an extra luxury brand, preferably at an international level. /Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred.



/Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively. /li liTechnical

Skills:
