pThe International Network for SMEs – INSME, a non-profit international association based in Rome, is seeking to hire a dynamic individual as its Project Officer who will join the INSME Secretariat. /ppINSME brings together at the international level policymakers, business intermediaries, practitioners, researchers, and their networks working in the fields of innovation, technology transfer, and entrepreneurship to strengthen cross-border collaboration and best practices exchange in support of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to make innovation happen. /ppThe Project Officer will perform the following tasks under the guidance and supervision of the INSME Secretary-General: /pulliScouting of EU and international funding opportunities in the field of SMEs, innovation, technology transfer, entrepreneurship, etc. /liliDrafting project and technical assistance proposals; /liliContributing to project execution and reporting; /liliContributing to the preparation of INSME conferences, workshops, and webinars; /liliContributing to the marketing and communication activities of the Network: drafting the monthly newsletter,



updating social media profiles, updating the INSME website; /liliSupporting general administrative tasks (e.g. annual reporting, collection of membership fees). /li /ulh3The ideal candidate will have the following profile: /h3ulliA degree in economics, political science, international relations or other related fields. /liliExperience in EU project management is a plus; /liliAn interest in SMEs, innovation, and technology transfer issues is essential. /liliFull proficiency in English which is the INSME working language; /liliKnowledge of Office, Wordpress and Mailchimp; /liliReadiness to travel abroad; /liliStrong organizational and communication skills; /liliA positive problem-solving approach and orientation to teamwork. /li /ulh3Employment conditions: /h3ulliOne-year contract with possibility of renewal; /liliThe salary will be discussed depending on experience and qualifications; /liliThe workplace will be in Rome city center (Italy). /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
