pDo you have a degree in bGeography /b or bUrban Planning /b? AI models power the maps we use every day for delivery and travel, but they often struggle to understand the real world. At bTELUS Digital /b, we are looking for Geography enthusiasts to be the "eyes on the ground" for our AI. You will look at satellite images and maps to make sure the AI is identifying roads, buildings, and landmarks correctly. You help the AI understand exactly where things are. /p h3What You'll Do (Simple Tasks): /h3 ul libConfirming Landmarks: /b Look at a photo from space and tell the AI: "Yes, that is a hospital," or "No, that is actually a shopping mall." /li libRoute Checking: /b Look at a map and make sure the AI isn't suggesting a route that is impossible (like driving a car through a park or a walking path). /li libNaming Places: /b Use your local knowledge to make sure the AI is using the correct names for neighborhoods, streets, and natural features in your region. /li libEnvironmental Tagging: /b Help the AI identify things like forests, rivers, or new construction sites on a map. /li /ul h3Mandatory Qualifications: /h3 ul libEducation: /b A minimum of a bBachelor's Degree in Geography, Urban Planning, or Environmental Science. /b /li libNative Language: /b bNative-level proficiency in your primary language. /b You know your local area better than any global map does. /li libEnglish Proficiency: /b bBasic (B1) English /b to communicate with our project team. /li /ul h3Visual Accuracy: /h3 pYou are good at reading maps and recognizing shapes and patterns in satellite photos. /p h3Assessment: /h3 pIn order to be hired into our community,
