Overview

As a People Operations Partner, you will manage HR operations and the employee lifecycle for Italy and the Nordics, delivering smooth onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration. You will handle complex HR processes, data integrity, and cross-functional coordination to ensure an excellent employee experience. You’ll work with ServiceNow and HRIS tools to improve process efficiency and compliance. This fixed-term, hybrid role offers impactful work within a global safety science organization focused on people and performance.

Responsabilità

- Independently manage moderately complex employee lifecycle transactions with data accuracy and compliance.
- Provide Tier 2 HR support via ServiceNow, guiding escalation and case interpretation.
- Lead onboarding, offboarding, leaves, and global transfers in line with standards and local requirements.
- Manage payroll inputs and benefits administration, coordinating with payroll, benefits, HRIS, Legal, and Finance.
- Support audits and surveys with timely,



accurate employee data delivery.
- Identify and implement process improvements; contribute to SOPs, knowledge articles, and system testing.
- Support reporting and projects, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance service delivery.

Requisiti fondamentali

- University degree in HR Administration, Business Administration or related discipline
- 4+ years in HR operations, shared services, or generalist roles
- Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, HR policies, and Italy-specific compliance
- Independent, judgment-driven and capable of managing complexity
- Experience driving process improvements with an interest in automation
- Customer-service mindset with clear, confident communication and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with HR systems and data; able to learn new tools
- Fluent in English and Italian
