No buscamos un CV perfecto. Buscamos a alguien con hambre que quiera ser la primera persona de Cibus en España. Cibus es el software con IA para nutricionistas. Redactar un plan nutricional le lleva horas a un nutricionista: gramo a gramo, cuadrando cada macro a mano. Cibus lo hace en minutos, siguiendo el método del propio profesional. Nacimos en marzo y hoy más de 200 nutricionistas, médicos y clínicas usan Cibus en Italia. Estamos en 150k de ARR, 52k solo en septiembre. Probamos España con unas semanas de anuncios y 100 nutricionistas nos pidieron una demo. Ahora necesitamos a quien los llame. El rol Llamar y convertir los leads inbound que ya están entrando Hacer demos y cerrar contratos Construir el outbound desde cero Traer feedback del mercado al equipo de producto Buscamos Español nativo o fluido, con residencia en España Hambre de verdad: no hace falta experiencia en ventas, hace falta ganas de aprender rápido y de cerrar Autonomía y ganas de trabajar duro Valorable: italiano, experiencia comercial o haber emprendido Ofrecemos Fijo + comisiones sin techo 100% remoto desde España, con un viaje al mes a nuestra oficina de Milán si es necesario Formación directa con el equipo que ya vende en Italia Si funciona, construyes y lideras el equipo español Este rol no es para todo el mundo. Ritmo de startup, objetivos exigentes y mucho por construir. Si buscas un trabajo tranquilo, no es este. Si quieres cerrar mucho y ganar mucho, sí.
We're not looking for a perfect CV. We're looking for someone hungry who wants to be the first person at Cibus in Spain. Cibus is AI software for nutritionists. Writing a meal plan takes a nutritionist hours: gram by gram, balancing every macro by hand. Cibus does it in minutes, following the professional's own method. We launched in March and today 200+ nutritionists, doctors and clinics use Cibus in Italy. We're at €150k ARR, with €52k added in September alone. We tested Spain with a few weeks of ads and 100 nutritionists asked for a demo. Now we need someone to call them back. The role Call and convert the inbound leads already coming in Run demos and close contracts Build outbound from scratch Bring market feedback back to the product team What we're looking for Native or fluent Spanish speaker, based in Spain Real hunger: no sales experience required, just the drive to learn fast and close Autonomy and a strong work ethic Nice to have: Italian, sales experience or entrepreneurial experience
