Duferco is expanding its Corporate Innovation Team and seeks an Operations Research Engineer to design and deploy optimization‑based solutions across energy, trading, logistics, steel, and more. You will work closely with business teams to formalize problems, prototype tools, and measure impact.

You will develop linear, nonlinear, and mixed‑integer models, using AI‑assisted approaches where appropriate, and ensure robustness and scalability in production environments.
