Lever, Inc. is seeking a senior individual contributor to own real-time VFX technology for a Unity3D game project. You will work at the intersection of VFX, Technical Art, Rendering, and Engineering to turn concepts into scalable, production-ready solutions.

You will prototype rendering approaches, build editor tools, optimize for mobile, and collaborate with artists and engineers to balance visual quality with performance and scalability.
