As Laboratory Manager, you oversee lab operations and validation activities for Bogie Brake products, ensuring tests are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. You lead resource planning, maintain equipment and 5S standards, and collaborate with engineering, quality, production, suppliers, and customers. You drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives while ensuring compliance with accreditations. This role combines hands‐on testing, reporting oversight, and cross‐functional collaboration to support safe, reliable rail solutions.
