Karat is seeking Interview Engineers to facilitate technical interviews for software developers worldwide. This freelancer/contractor role focuses on creating inclusive hiring processes by mitigating bias and evaluating candidates on fundamentals, coding skills, and communication, with collaboration across Karat teams.

You will interview candidates, provide input on performance and approach, and help test content and processes to improve hiring signals in both startups and large enterprises.
