About the Role

Wonderful is looking for an experienced Finance Operations Project Manager to drive financial and operational projects from initial planning and requirements definition through implementation and completion.
This role involves managing a wide range of Finance Operations projects, including ERP migrations and implementations such as NetSuite, onboarding new entities worldwide, establishing accounting infrastructure, and developing and improving finance processes and policies.
The role involves ongoing collaboration with internal/external stakeholders.

What You'll Do

- Own and manage Finance projects end to end, from defining scope and requirements to implementation and operational handover.

- Drive NetSuite migration and implementation projects, coordinating internal teams and external service providers.

- Manage the onboarding of new entities into the company's finance operations including systems, workflows, and other processes.

- Develop, document, and implement Finance policies and procedures.





- Identify opportunities to improve financial and operational processes and drive implementation using automations and AI skills.

- Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables, proactively addressing risks and resolving blockers.

- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear ownership and timely execution.

- Take full ownership of project delivery through successful completion.

Who You Are

- Proven experience in project management.

- Experience in high-tech and startup environments.

- Excellent English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate fluently in a global environment.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

- Ability to drive progress across teams and take ownership of projects through completion.

- Experience with AI tools

Advantages

- Experience working with international subsidiaries across multiple countries.

- Previous experience in Finance Operations .

- Familiarity with NetSuite.
