Key Platforms
Smart Wind Turbines
Envision’s smart wind platform integrates advanced sensing, digital models and digital twin technologies via the Galileo SuperSense System. With 80+ GW installed globally, Envision ranks first globally in orders and second in new installations since 2022, maintaining a leading international market position.
The energy storage platform provides full-stack capabilities across battery cells, BMS, PCS, EMS and SCADA, delivering integrated end-to-end solutions. Green Hydrogen
Envision is developing large-scale integrated green hydrogen and ammonia industrial parks, including one of the world’s largest net-zero hydrogen projects in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia (1.5 million tons planned annual capacity).
Role Overview
We are seeking high-caliber Senior Financial Analysts with a strong transaction services or advisory background and advanced financial modelling expertise.
The role combines:
- Investment analysis
- Valuation
- Structured finance
Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, intellectual rigour, ownership mindset and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, international and entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, own and maintain complex integrated financial models (project finance, 3-statement, DCF, scenario and sensitivity analysis)
- Perform valuation analysis for new investments, partnerships and strategic initiatives
- Support structuring of financing solutions across wind, storage and hydrogen projects
- Prepare investment memorandum and materials for senior management and investment committees
- Analyze project returns, capital structure optimization and risk allocation
- Support fundraising processes and lender engagement
- Work closely with technical, commercial and legal teams to validate financial assumptions
- Provide financial insight and analytical support to Country MDs
Profile & Requirements
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Transaction Services, Corporate Finance or M&A; advisory (Big 4 / Tier 1 advisory)
- Proven track record in valuation and advanced Excel financial modelling (mandatory)
- Experience in energy, renewable, infrastructure or project finance strongly preferred
Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel modelling (complex integrated project finance models)
- Strong understanding of DCF, trading comparables, IRR, LCOE analysis
- Familiarity with structured finance and capital structuring principles
- Strong financial statement analysis capabilities
- Ability to prepare board-level and investment-grade presentations
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical firepower and attention to detail
- Ability to operate independently with senior stakeholders
- International mindset
- Structured thinking and problem-solving capability
Education
- Master’s degree in finance, Economics, Engineering or related field
- CFA or equivalent qualification is a plus
