pbD-Orbit /b is looking for a bDigital Services Operation Specialist /b to join our bSpace Cloud Business Unit /bbased inb Fino Mornasco /b. You will become part of a dynamic growing group responsible for the bend-to-end delivery of Space Cloud services /b, acting as the primary operational interface between customers, internal engineering teams, and business stakeholders. The role owns the successful execution of customer missions from contract signature through service completion, ensuring delivery on time, quality, and within budget. /p pYou will also work with the team to support and manage the software integration of algorithms and applications within our fleet of Intelligent Network Nodes (INNs), development of operational procedures and features, contribute to the development of new tools/applications as well as defining new processes to support Space Cloud infrastructure for all current and future INNs. /p h3Tasks and Responsibilities /h3 ullipResponsible for customer journey, starting from contract signature until completion of the contract. /p /li /ul ullipSupport integration and verification activities between customer applications and Space Cloud infrastructure. /p /li /ul ullipLead onboarding and technical discussions with customers to identify needs and perform requirements breakdown, operational objectives and delivery milestones. /p /li /ul ullipPromote customer satisfaction while protecting D-Orbit's commercial and operational interests. /p /li /ul ullipAdaptive and intuitive approach to solving issues with scheduling conflicts and administrative tasks. /p /li /ul ullipManage and schedule operations on Space Cloud infrastructure by interacting with the Flight Operations team. Both on ground and in-orbit. /p /li /ul ullipGather and manage monthly logs and service statistics.



/p /li /ul ullipIdentify and implement service performance improvements through processes or product requests. /p /li /ul ullipExecute service operation procedures (e.g sending customer the SDK, validating customer application on the EM, scheduling ops, sending final results to customers, etc.) /p /li /ul ullipProactively review service operations procedures; maintain and update them for continuous improvement. /p /li /ul ullipAbility to meet bespoke contract elements such as new technology integration and operation cocktails. /p /li /ul ullipContributing to the continuous improvement of team processes and methodologies through development of new tools and applications with key stakeholders. /p /li /ul h3Qualifications and Requirements /h3 pWe are looking for individuals with the following

/p ullipResilience and ability to work in a fast paced environment. /p /li /ul ullipAbility to work hard in a team setting to meet tight schedules. /p /li /ul ullipAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively. /p /li /ul ullipAt least 2 years’ experience in relevant cloud or digital infrastructure management activities. /p /li /ul ullipFamiliarity with using any Linux based distribution and appreciation of application development on Windows and Linux. /p /li /ul ullipFamiliarity with typical software development methodologies and release versioning processes. (e.g.



Git/Mercurial and CI/CD pipelines) /p /li /ul ullipUnderstanding of typical Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) to ensure back-end processes complement the front-end interface. /p /li /ul ullipWorking knowledge of Python programming language. Ability to inspect Python scripts, understand their structure and debug high level operations /p /li /ul ullipCapability of working autonomously. /p /li /ul ullipComplimentary experience and or skills to the above will be considered. /p /li /ul ullipExperience with test-driven development. /p /li /ul h3Nice to have skills /h3 ullipExperience with software development sprint management /p /li /ul ullipExperience with software development time/cost estimations /p /li /ul h3Education /h3 pBachelor's degree in any relevant area such as aerospace engineering, electronic engineering, computer science or automation, software development, with proven experience in participating in projects development. /p h3Language /h3 pFull professional proficiency of English language is mandatory. /p pWe offer a base salary range of 35'000€
- 45'000€ gross per year for this role, depending on experience and location, plus a performance-based variable component.
