This involves carrying out general office administration, with a focus on Finance, Project Management and Training administration. /ph3Responsibilities Duties /h3pIncluding but not limited to the following:



/pullipRaise purchase requisitions and purchase orders for the projects /p /lilipGoods receipting and assist with processing of purchase invoices ready for payment /p /lilipSaving delivery notes on IMS /p /lilipCollation and input of site timesheets on a weekly basis to strict deadlines /p /lilipMaintain employees training records and coordinate and book training courses /p /lilipAssist and arrange travel, meetings, lunches etc /p /lilipAdministration of expenses, receipts, fuel cards etc /p /lilipAct as a daily contact point in office for Omexom staff contractors, customers, and suppliers /p /lilipLiaising with project teams to help and resolve issues /p /lilipTake minutes for meetings /p /lilipAct as a role model for Omexom Company Values /p /li /ulh3Governance /h3h3Interfaces and Relationships with Key Stakeholders /h3ullipBusiness Unit General Manager /p /lilipFinance Business Partner /p /lilipProject Management team /p /lilipSite based employees /p /lilipContractors /p /lilipCustomers /p /lilipSuppliers /p /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
