Treatwell is seeking a Director of Customer Experience to lead a multilingual, multi-market CX organization. You will set the strategy, build the team and structure, and partner with Product and Engineering to improve the end-to-end experience for consumers and salon partners.

You will drive KPI framework, scale operations, and shape AI-enabled support models, ensuring customer and partner satisfaction across markets while reporting to the Chief Experience Officer.
