Overview In this hybrid role based in Milan, you support the retention, growth, and optimization of long-tail host entrepreneurs. You'll also contribute to scalable education programs for the team and participate in cross-functional feedback to improve the platform. This role combines one-to-one account management with broader, team-wide initiatives to help hosts thrive on Airbnb. Retribuzione / Benefits premio eligibility benefits hybrid Milan office base pay with room for growth Manage a book of business of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts to ensure retention, growth, and optimization Conduct onboarding and optimization conversations, advising on pricing, availability, and listing quality Educate hosts on product updates and policy changes, and relay feedback to internal teams Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities to boost bookings 3+ years in new sales, account management, or partner support ~Proven experience managing a book of business and driving engagement ~ Excellent communication and presentation skills (phone, email, in-person) ~ CRM proficiency; Salesforce experience is a plus ~ Fluency in Italian and English ~ CRM tools ~ Salesforce (preferred)
