Technogym is seeking a Packaging Engineer to drive packaging design and development from concept to execution, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and cost targets. You will lead projects, collaborate with product development and purchasing, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for large and heavy products.

The role requires 3–5 years in packaging design, proficiency with 3D CAD (Creo 9), and a strong eye for sustainability and logistics optimization.
