Overview As AI Platform Engineer, you will help build and evolve TeamSystem's AI platform by developing core services, enabling scalable AI-powered products, and driving platform improvements. You will collaborate with AI engineers, product teams, and business units to deliver reusable capabilities and guide architectural direction. You will work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment that values innovation and cross-functional collaboration. Retribuzione / Benefits Light Friday hybrid work model Develop core services of the AI Platform, including LLM gateways, MCP infrastructure, and AI agent lifecycle management Design and build platform capabilities to help product teams deploy and operate AI-powered applications at scale Evolve the platform based on user feedback, telemetry,



and stakeholder collaboration Collaborate with AI Engineers, Product Teams, and Business Units to enable next-generation AI products Contribute to architectural decisions and shape the platform's future direction 4–5+ years in platform, cloud, backend engineering, or similar roles ~ Strong software engineering and problem-solving skills ~ Experience with cloud infrastructures, containers, and Infrastructure as Code ~ Familiarity with Python backend development (FastAPI) ~ Interest in AI technologies and building scalable AI platforms ~ Understanding of software architecture and scalable system design ~ Proficiency in English (B2) ~ collaboration ~ cloud infrastructures ~ Infrastructure as Code
