pHamilton Lane is looking for a Principal in Client Solutions focused on Private Wealth in Milan. This role involves building and managing relationships with private wealth clients and leveraging your network to drive new business. You’ll be part of a dynamic team and represent Hamilton Lane in the market, contributing to brand visibility and client success. /ph3What You’ll Do /h3ulliManage and grow relationships with private wealth clients. /liliUse your network to win new business across private banks and wealth platforms. /liliLead the sales process from prospecting to onboarding. /liliRepresent Hamilton Lane at industry events. /liliWork with internal teams to ensure a great client experience. /li /ulh3What You Need /h3ulliUniversity degree; CFA/CAIA is a plus. /lili10+ years of experience in sales for Private Wealth clients. /liliStrong network in the Italian Private Wealth market.
